I don't understand the "there is no server browser" statement.
There is an option to search/matchmake game modes and levels you want to play from official battlefield hosted servers. I know that's not what you want, but it exists.
But there is also the option to search servers. You can type in keywords, tags, filters, and see a list of results to choose from. Isn't that what you are after? Or what are you looking for?

Hey there, what you’re mentioning isn’t really a proper server browser with rented servers and full XP progression. Not to mention the constant Portal outages where you couldn’t even create a server at all. Sure, things have calmed down a bit now, but it’s still not the same. Don’t you see the difference between — for example — BF3, BF4, BF1 servers and what we have in Portal now? And let’s not forget — even as a server admin in Portal, you’ve got zero control to switch teams, move players, or balance the game properly.

That's not a server browser, that's a server filter. We want a true browser with dedicated official servers that show ping.

I don't know what you mean. They show ping. They show the number of players, ping, a name, the map, the game mode, so on, and so on. All the options we had in any other game are there. You can filter, or not filter. Don't filter and order by the thing you want. All of that. What is missing?

I have really been trying to figure out what you are talking about.
You says "dedicated" and therefor I have to assume you meam hosted portal servers. There are no other dedicated servers that I know of. I think the ones you matchmake onto are instanced and not dedicated. It seems they change maps, games, and locations on the fly depending on demand. I don't think there is any dedicated conquest all-out-warfare battlefield official server, for example.
I think the server browser you see for searching hosted experiences is the best you'll find. And the matchmaking search is the best you'll see there since they are all instanced and move as needed.

I’m guessing you haven’t played any Battlefield games before BF5, have you? Because if you had, you wouldn’t be asking these questions — you’d immediately know what we’re talking about. And I already explained that to you, so please read it again.

That it should be front and centre, not something you need to dabble in options and tags to find. It should be on the first tab ready to be selected as soon as the game boots up. Much like how Redsec is the first thing you see, you'll be surprised as to how much of a difference visibility makes for the pick rate of a game mode.

It's obvious you are new to Battlefield.
That's not server browser. That's just a list of quick match options.
A true server browser allows communities to be built.
A true server browser allow you to search by ping, name, region, game type, number of players separately or together and you are not limited to only 50 results.
