DICE, EA WE WANT A RESPONSE ( questions for DICE, EA)

This post is gonna be about the skin/identity/tone problem as a whole or more specifically EA or DICEs complete silence on it.
So, we have all seen the leaked S2 skins and its the same temu soldier, paintball, power-rangers, 2042 nonsense we got at launch and with S1. So, I would like to ask the Devs or Studio a few questions about this, because its clear the community doesn't like this **bleep** and this IS NOT battlefields identity this is some COD nonsense.

My first question and the biggest one the community NEEDS to be shouting at the devs and EA is; Should we take the silence/lack of response or lack of change as a "just deal with it we don't care"? or are you just really this tone deaf or can you not read the room when the whole room is shouting at you to stop? 

My second question is a bit more difficult to get a straightforward response about; Some members of the community have even offered to design skins FOR THE DEVS because the stuff we do get is just not it. So DICE/EA would you let these people do your job for you so that we can actually see the change we want but that you don't give us?

My last question is looking for honesty or to understand your content philosophy; Do you just not care at this point because you're already laughing with our cash? / Do you really care more about silly micro-transaction over satisfying your community who paid at least $70 just to have the game?

We want a response. At the very least let us know you have heard the feedback about the tone/skin issue and that you maybe understand why we don't like this direction.
