did not get tier 0 battle pass award

I bought battle pass PRO in batttlefield 6, after like 4 weeks i got battle pass, i checked awards from battle pass and i already noticed that i didn't get tier 0 skin panopticon 8 BRODIE pax armata skin on support that i should get from already bought battle pass, can someone from EA check it?
