Directional audio still needs a lot of work
1. Foot steps, really hear anyone except mine, which spoils the CQB audio queues. Even on Infantry only maps it's poor.
2. Getting killed: Constantly looking around for where that shot came from. Even when the bad guy is in the same room I couldn't tell where he was in relation to me. Even less likely to hear the direction as distance increases. Even on Infantry only maps it's very poor sound.
3. I can hear the air assets whizzing over-head, tanks going boom (if I'm standing close to it), but other soldiers firing\ moving is lost somewhere. Seems like you prioritised the big sounds over the subtle sounds.
Looking back at BF2042 I can hear every direction fire, every footstep, even in a roof full of players in combat.
I'm only an average player, so sound helps me a lot to stay alive.
