Disable Giving Up for 5 Seconds After a Takedown

Agreed, nothing more annoying then rushing to get someone up to have them give up while you were about to revive them. 

A lot of people also don’t know that when you hit the request revive button you bleed out slower. This should be on by default not at the press of a button. The option to respawn / give up should be at the touch of a button after a 5-7 sec delay
