Discord Timeout...what is this?

I received a 3-day Discord timeout for writing the following during a discussion about "high pingers":

"Clearly, this is a problem here; it’s a fact that those players gain an advantage from having a high ping. At the same time, the netcode—or whatever else is going on—can’t keep up with the movement, which is why almost all of them are constantly jumping around. I’d bet that everyone defending these high-ping players actually has a high ping themselves."

it further states there:

"It looks like your behavior in our Official Discord has broken the rules in our Positive Play Charter."

"We're temporarily removing your ability to post in the server for 3 days due to Harassment and bullying."

Honestly, I’m starting to wonder what kind of system you’re using. Someone feels offended by this message—for whatever reason—goes to their mod friend, and that mod hands out timeouts. I can’t think of any other explanation at this point.

Soon, we won’t be allowed to breathe anymore.....

&nbsp;Are you sure? Here are a few examples. I could go on like this forever. At one point, I had about 37 out of 61 [players] who had high ping.Regardless of that, expressing one's opinion does not constitute bullying or harassment. I haven’t insulted or bullied anyone just because I hold the view that players with high ping or those who abuse VPNs have an advantage.

Maybe don't accuse players, like me, who don't think 99.9% of players with a high ping are doing it on purpose.

Every honest player who has played with a 80+ ping knows how much of a disadvantage you're at in gunfights and when you get to 150+ ping, you ain't winning nothing against a decent player with a low ping.

High ping only helps players who attempt to pre fire while coming round corners and even then they still have to locate the enemy and control their aim.
