DLC specific Please I have the tombstone DLC

So I bought Battlefield 6 on Xbox and now will be tranfering to PC is their a way of knowing if my tombstone skin will be on PC thats all I want to know. 

The other DLC like Phantom Edition I know Ill have to buy again. 

Can I atleast know ill still have tombstone since my accounts are connected I love the skin.
