Honestly, EA’s so-called “anti-cheat” system is a complete joke. I didn’t even cheat , and I literally got permanently banned before even finishing the tutorial in Battlefield 2042. And to answer your question: yes, it probably will carry over, because even though my Battlefield 2042 ban was clearly a false one, I just launched Battlefield 6 today and got banned again instantly.

EA’s detection system can’t tell the difference between an actual hacker and a normal player fighting against AI bots. It bans the wrong people while real cheaters are still running free. Save your $70 unless you want to throw it straight into the trash.

“Does the ban carry over to the new game?" Let’s hope so !! we don’t need another season ruined by players who think trolling is a personality. People who ruin the game for others shouldn’t get a fresh start.
