Do these super human capabilities exist, or are they cheating?

This is a sincere question.  I've only played two computer war games in my life.  Battlefield 4 during Covid, and now Battlefield 6.

I recently got shot in a BF6 game.  I was inside a room, against a wall, near a door.  A player flew into the room through the door, his weapon already leveled at me, killing me instantly.  What had just happened was documented by the ghost image of him suspended in mid-air, as seen in Conquest.

Are guys that good?  I know I could never do that.  Or is this an obvious case of cheating?

If guys are really that good, I don't have a prayer . . .

And that reminds me.  If you suspect a player of cheating, and he is not listed when you search his name, is that a good indicator he's cheating?

Yeah. If they heard you (not super-likely, but possible) or someone spotted (big red dot over you) you they’d know exactly where you were.

Player names are messed up in this game. I still haven’t figured out why some players can’t be found.  Some are definitely using alternative ascii characters so they deliberately hide their identity.  That used to be disallowed, but now EA dga… so it makes it really hard to check out sus players.
