Don't you think we should remove the feature that lets friends join games?
On the Chinese streaming platform “Bilibili,” streamers have been spotted playing in parties of four or more. Don’t you think this undermines fairness?
Here’s how it works. First, players join a game as a party of four. Afterward, everyone creates a new squad and invites three friends each.
As a result, a party of up to 16 players is formed, and they can coordinate their actions.
Would any player actually want to face off against a coordinated team of 16 players?
What do you think would happen if all 16 members of a coordinated team boarded tanks or helicopters? It’s easy to imagine that infantry and other vehicles wouldn’t stand a chance, right?
I believe a situation where four or more players can coordinate their play is extremely dangerous. Even five or six players is unacceptable.
As long as there are winners and losers, fairness is essential. For that reason, I would like to see the feature that allows players to join their friends’ games removed.
