They really just need to take it back to how it worked in BF4. People didn't get spotted 24/7 just for breathing, you actually had to manually tag people. Recon didn't just ping the entire map with every glance of the multiverse either.
They need to change persistent pings, so that if you actually get into cover it means something, change the "all of China knows you are here" BS when shooting pretty much anything but a suppressor, and change sniper passive to something other than the auto-ping.
Or, they could change the name to Call of Battle, since it appears they want to change the game to play so much like CoD rather than a Battlefield game.
