(Double XP)... is it just me?

Or does the weapon XP feel like what the base XP should be?

Daily play with 4+ hours per day, with some days being 6+ hours and still don't have a single weapon leveled all the way. Boggles my mind how after almost 100 hours and close to a month since release... you'd think I'd have a handful or more weapons all the way leveled. And it's like I use too many different weapons. I use like 4 weapons for the most part.
