EA ACCOUNT DISABLE

I played both betas with no problem, (same set up everything the same)

Yesterday after 9 hrs playing time i went afk for like 10min, i got kicked from the game and got the "no internet connection" error, after 15 attempts trying to reconnect i got a msg saying my account was disabled (as you can see in the attachment).

went to the ea account setting to see my penalty history and as you can see also in attachments there is NO penaltys.

can't appeal (because there is no penalty), there is a few people complaining about the same issue and there is nothing we can do about this, ea support is shocking to say the least.

3 day "Ban" for being afk?

Why didnt this happen in the beat?
