Yes I continue to get similar gaslighting responses instead of a simple “hey we looked into it and (either) a.) it’s still in the shop and it’s an issue with your account or b.) it actually did get removed entirely, let’s figure out a resolution
instead - EA does neither of these and asks for a receipt or proof, I provide that, then the response is “oh you have to troubleshoot via the forums” lmfao and they’re SERIOUS about that response, never experienced such a blatant disrespect for paying customers in my entire life,

wait what? People believed it was a one time purchase and it will work with every season? I thought it was pretty obvious that you have to buy the battle pass each season and the skip as well. That is how it works in every game.
