EA needs to add a free for all mode in portal

I tried to make a FFA mode in portal by making 8 teams with only 1 player allowed on each team, I edited the maps so that there were 8 spawn points but when i played the game 7 of the spawn points are on one team and I think its because there is only pax armata and nato so there can only be to actual teams. someone please tell me if im wrong. But I think it would be so fun if there was a free for all mode in portal please add this ea
