Remove the XP mastery block for a Vanilla CQ Server having bot backfill - It's literally a validated default experience in community form, what the hell is wrong with these ppl's decisions??

Portal is COMPLETELY MEANINGLESS when my hundreds of hours into quality custom maps from prior BF titles CANT START because of a 32p requirement just to begin the match. Repeat of 2042 all over again, good bye EA indefinitely
