just bought ea play PRO and i cant play the game at all only redsec (which i don't want to)
i looked into this problem a bit, seen that people had this problem back at the release but come on its a month later and ea hasn't solved this problem?
things ive tried:
driver update, ea restart, bf6 restart
repair game files, COMPLETELY reinstall game
when will i be able to play?
I also just bought EA Play Pro and am experiencing the same issue
I just solved the issue.
Uninstall BF6 from EA App, restart the App. Then, go to Browse and find BF6 (not the REDSEC). After you found it, click on it and then click "Add to Library". Once you've done that, the App gives you the option to "Download", click on it and then you should also see the "Multiplayer" files. I don't know why it's like that, but now it works for me.
My goodness it worked. Was on a chat with support and nothing helped, but him sending me here to check actually worked indirectly as i found your post. I indeed saw the multiplayer files -which i was not seeing when i was installing it at the first time, and it installed all in order now:
Base game,
Multiplayer,
Singleplayer,
BF6 HD textures
