EA Play Pro XP Boost carry over to steam base version?

So i read that with phantom edition you get additional XP boost, and i have EA Play Pro but i also bought the base version of BF6 on steam, and do i then get to use the XP Boost on steam or do i have to downlaod on EA launcher first and play through their launcher?
