So I’ve been redirected to RedBull support about the ongoing promotion and not receiving my code for a legitimate receipt submission and just got an email from Redbull saying they don’t handle Console game issues with promotions, only App Store and Google play issues.
This event Scam, I have the same issue.
- Ordered Red Bull via Uber Eats in Spain and received the purchase confirmation
- Bought additional Red Bull locally
- Submitted all the required documents through the form telepizza
I did everything the promo asked for - with a few cross-border nuances - but I made sure to follow the rules as closely as possible. Unfortunately, I was denied the Dog Tag reward, and it seems the terms may have changed during the process.
