EA this 20 player game start is stupid

the 20 player game start which you have introduced is stupid, im sat with a friend trying to get a game and have been for over 10mins, is it possible to get a REFUND AFTER 100 HRS , honestly i hate COD but you fools are driving me to it, we need a 1 player start against bots with full xp........ffs listen
