Dice should just take a page out of the Destiny 2 book, which is crazy I know. Destiny 2 Pvp matchmake is PS/Xbox. Only time console is matched with PC is if there's a PC player in the fireteam, in this case if there's a PC players in the squad before searching for a match. Is this not an easy solution or is it something they just don't wanna do or what?
Do not understand why all Console players are not in one pool. Wasn't this the case in BF2042?
Console and PC players BOTH SHOULD have the option to turn off cross-play. If a console player wants to turn it off, it should only match with other console players (no PC in the mix). I'd like to see an input-based matchmaking option as well, as I prefer to play against other PC players using M&K.
Gonna just have to agree to disagree on the whole controller vs M&K, I can't even count how many times i get gunned down and beamed by a M&K using a sub from well outside its range, but it is what it is. I still hold my own just fine.
100,000 people means noone is playing this game. If you worried about losing, the less players there are in the game, the more you will lose. It doesn't matter if there is crossplay. The more players there are, the more chances you have brother, the more players there will be at your own level. Whien it comes to the top players, or the avg player, I don't notice any difference on scoreboards between controllers and pc. Lets hope Ea doesn't follow this new trend, that 2k sports is now following that ruined the popularity they had with pga 2k23. Which literally bought back golf to the pc after EA Sports abandoned us back in 2008 and also are separating the playerbases in a completely dead game.
