Engineer's RPG should automatically reload after firing

There was a case when I waiting and aiming (ADS) for a tank to get outside of cover for almost 1 minute. When he appeared and when I press fire, that is the only time the RPG is reloading which cause...

If you come out of ADS after firing, it should reload automatically.
