Equal input required for any scope

With every BF every 2 weeks I spend pulling my hair out trying to figure out what is wrong with my aim.

I thought I had my settings just right so that no matter what magnification 1x, 3x, 4x etc I need the same exact amount of mouse input to move the same exact distance in game.

Almost feels like it was working before tuesday and after that patch it's all messed up again, I measured it in the gun range to make sure it was right now it's all messed up again.

It makes recoil control nearly impossible when I need 2x the mouse input to control the same recoil for the same gun, especially on the 1x-4x scopes

Without having to fine tune every single scope seperately from the menu. I have Uniform Soldier Aiming turned ON and according to the description it should do exactly what I want it to, but doesn't work one bit.

Zero difference with it on or off, seems to be not working anymore?
