Extremely high visual recoil and bullet projectile velocity

Please reduce the visual recoil of the weapons, for God's sake. The visual recoil is extremely high and makes it very difficult to track targets accurately. Also, please increase bullet projectile velocity because the bullets are ridiculously slow. We constantly have to lead our shots and aim ahead of moving targets just to land hits.

Combining the excessive visual recoil with the extremely slow bullet velocity makes the game incredibly difficult and frustrating to play. 

You need to listen more to the community. The game is dying because the developers aren't paying enough attention to player feedback. Please address these issues and make gunplay feel more responsive, consistent, and enjoyable.
