False ban on bf6?
I work a FIFO roster, I fly out Tuesday then fly in the following Tuesday
Last Tuesday (October 14th) I jumped on before my flight to play my FIRST ever game of the full release.
I loaded into a half completed match, played horribly so I jumped off and got ready to fly out to work.
I logged in this morning to play some games with my mates and I was greeted with the message that I've been banned for using "Gameplay Enhancements".
I know I'm going to get ridiculed and get told to just git gud or that there are no false bans and that I was cheating, but I genuinely wasn't. I've been so excited all week at work to come home and smash as much bf6 as I can on my days off work.
Could there be some background programs that could create a false positive? I have the "standard" apps running, things like the Nvidia App & whatnot but I wouldn't pay 110 AUD to be banned by what we all know is a very aggressive anti cheat - which I'm not complaining about because I have been playing csgo since 2014 and hate the lack of anti cheat in that game.
I have obviously submitted a ticket but everything I've read on these forums and elsewhere that say people aren't getting replies & are being declined with no explanation.
There is also no live chat option in Australia, I only have 6 and a bit days off so I'm hoping to receive a reply from support by next Tuesday however I am not overly hopeful unfortunately.
