Feedback / Suggestion Battlefield 6: Aircraft accessibility & pilot role

first of all, thank you for Battlefield 6. It’s a great game and I really enjoy it.

The part of the game that brings me the most enjoyment is flying aircraft. However, getting the opportunity to fly is often very frustrating.

Right now, it’s difficult to access aircraft because another player may get it first due to better ping, even before it appears available on my screen. The limited number of aircraft per map makes this even more competitive. In addition, there is no dedicated pilot role, so players who specifically want to fly have no reliable way to do so.

As a result, I often spend 1–2 hours in matches just waiting for a chance to fly.

One possible solution could be introducing a dedicated Pilot role during matchmaking. This role could prioritize placing players into sessions where an aircraft slot is available, allowing players who enjoy flying to actually engage with that gameplay.
