Feedback: "Secuty" and The end of BF6
We're not blind, nor stupid.
AI stickers, skins, patches, player cards and more, that have been immediately generated, then sold on the battlepass or in store.
Yes, we get AI owns the planet now, and that it's in the gaming industry, but pretending that you don't use it, and allowing such pathetic lacks of QA over your assets is astounding, at an EA size company level.
It feels like (from a consumer perspective), you've decided to sack off the concept artists and designers, ask ChatGPT to spit out some skins and hope for the best.
Even the response to the secuty incident felt like an AI script.
Do none of you have any passion for making games? Do you really have to rapidly spit out AI skins to sell us?
Battlefield Studios was supposed to fix all the corporate failure of 2042 and give us a big new war shooter to enjoy, that was back to basics.
Every season has been a mess of issues, and this AI drivel is the cherry on the cake.
There's definitely less communication than there was, and less and less people are talking about the game, other than a few regular streamers.
This season honestly looks like filler, and considering what's happened to vehicles, and the fact that the maps have weird out of bounds zones, (not to mention feeling like REDSEC offcuts), makes the whole state of the game feel like it's slowly working towards an end.
It's blatantly obvious it's now a skeleton crew, with the core mechanics of the game never to be properly fixed, while the rest of the studio works on BF7.
Let's just make things worse, and throw out a random Collab that makes no sense, like Dead Space.
I'm extremely glad I stopped getting BF Pro or even playing after season 4. I should've quit much sooner.
