Fix squadmate and flag spawns

Spawning on squad mates or any flag you have captured whether it is breakthrough, conquest or escalation has a tendency to spawn you right in front of enemies resulting in being spawn killed. 

squadmate spawns are suppose to work when your squadmate is clear of any danger yet it allows you to spawn right in front of enemy gunfire.

fix it EA I know you probably don’t know the definition of the word fix but at least try 😂
