Fix the games anti cheat and balance issues

seriously. now  in the australian there is 3-4 cheaters per game sometimes more.

the server here is absolutely infested with cheaters now.

ignoring that the games are now entirely unbalanced even in bot lobbies they are all unblanced- 130mins gaming this morning and NOT ONE BALANCED GAME AT ALL.

People are coming around corners and isnta headshotting you.

this game is now unplayable. i want to play it but the game is absolutely infested with obvious cheating now.

it's worse than it has ever been since release.
