So join a different map... or filter out maps you think this might happen on...
Alt F4 is a childish way to react, but furthermore posting about it on here as if some sympathy fairy will make it all feel better. There are many things about the game that are slightly annoying. Portal, aimbot like controller aim assist, the packet loss on poorly resourced/low bandwidth servers, bullet de sync.. list goes on but that is not one of them. Sorry mate, but you can avoid snipers, it's how level design works, areas where sniping is good, areas where it's not, be in one that's not and have your close quarters warfare fulfilled.
Dude, thx for the advice... I played all the BF games since BC2 and none of those games had such nonsensical chaotic gameplay without any chance of tactical gameplay with a squad. It`s ridicoulous bad map design, too small with too much stuff, clutter, alleys, windows, holes etc. especially on the "urban" maps. Shoot once and you get shot from 3 different angles instantly. And even when you make it to cover, you get shot through it anyway (**bleep** netcode). I had gripes with any of the BF games. But again, none of them was such a deeply frustrating experience.

Ok and most of that is just your opinion, not a matter of fact. The maps are smaller because they changed the player count from 128 back down to 64, yes the maps will be smaller than the last BF. They STATED the maps would be smaller than the previous. Do I like it? No, they should have kept 128. What your wanting is no content and 2 dimensional maps from early 2000's.. We have moved on from that. As for getting "shot from 3 different angles" it reads as you putting yourself into a bad position. Battlefield is about being smart, not stupid and i'm sorry if that offends you but all I can tell from what you've written is that you're not playing smart.
The backend is abhorrent, I will agree there. The amount of desync is disgusting and it won't get better. They know why it is and are trying to put a bandaid on the real issue. Spun up virtualized servers. An FPS should not be ran on these, and if their networking team had any clue of the job they are doing, they would have piped up about it.
There is not enough resources to uphold the tick rate, not enough bandwidth to stop the packet loss and at times memory/cpu throttling on servers.
EA needs to pull finger and go "we have an FPS, let's setup/rent some rack space" but they won't. You notice how other FPS don't have these issues? Because they are not renting them on something worse than Nitrado, and that's a tough one to beat.- MrAngryBates19 days agoSeasoned Scout
How much DICE pays you for shilling in these forums? I had no such problems (at least to such an extend) up until Bf6. Not in Bf3 Bf4 Bf1 BfV Bf2042. It is this paticular gameplay design in BF6 that just sucks. No tactical gameplay at all. Just headless and chaotic running, jumping and sliding around on small cramped maps. The opposite of SMART gameplay. It is CODfield by design. The Netcode problems come on top of that and make it even more frustrating.
And yeah, I DON´T LIKE THAT!
