Game refund disabled on purpose
Im trying to refund bf 6 and buy it on steam instead so i can actually play the game. But i cant use the refund tool to refund bf 6 any more for some reason!!!

Received an email a couple of minutes ago stating there was a problem with my refund request and it was rejected, after i speaking in chat with support it informed me that they have technical issues with the refunds and that we should try again later
This is really strange. I have NEVER experienced a technical issue with a refund before. I got my refund quickly after realizing classes were gender locked. I hope everyone else who submits a refund request experiences a quick turnaround.
When i used once in the past i didn't have any problem either, it's now for some reason
