Gameplay feature suggestions for BF6

So I've played BF6 since the start of the Open Beta phase, and I also plan to buy it, but I'd really appreciate, if some gameplay mechanics would be in the game...

• For example, it would be a cool thing to only see our friendly grenades' highligh (the red "thing"), but also make all grenades a bit more recognizeable. I think, that would add much more "reflex", or "quick time events" to the game, because then you'd have to watch out MUCH MORE for the incoming grenades, then now.
• Back again to the grenades: we should have a countdown on the HUD, when throwing a grenade, and then we could "time" our grenades... It would add the ability to don't just throw the grenade, but to set the "moment of explosion" ourselves (maybe by holding G and releasing when we actually want to thorw the grenade).
• And last, but not least, the "weapon upgrading system"... I think that it has lots of issues: for example, you can only upgrade the weapons, that you're using a lot. But here is the question: how am I supposed to try out new weapons (from level unlocks, etc...), if the weapon only takes a very few damage without any upgrades? So basically I spent almost 12 hours to max out my "main" rifle (that I'm using the most)! And you're telling me, that I have to do it with every single gun I want to try out? And the second issue: why can't I upgrade my weapon as much as I want? Why can I only spend a 100 upgrade points on a weapon (or even less)? So guys I think you should fix at least one "weapon upgrading system" issue! It would make the game much better.
