Cheers for the help but just was trying to find another way to directly contact staff as they have completely ignored this problem as you can see in this post here DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG | EA Forums - 12737991 which is the issue i’m having.

Have you tried to repair Microsoft Visual C++ to see if that solves your issue ? If not go to your Programs and Features click on all your Microsoft Visual C++ files repair them all first & test, if there's still an issue re-download those files and replace.

There’s been an issue within the game which is causing me to crash 5 minutes into a match constantly, pretty much tired every fix i could find but nothing has worked. Multiple attempts on forums to get any information on the issue from staff but they have started to ignore any problems related to it. So trying to find a way to directly contact EA to get an official response. It’s a DirectX error with the engine

I got banned for a week. A dude called me all kinds of n words and other slurs. After dealing with that for like 20 minutes, I finally trash talked him back, nothing of the nature he was saying against me. I got banned for a week. It takes 10 days to respond. Advisors don’t do anything. And they barely speak English.

Their response rate is absolutely disgusting. You can submit a ticket, and then do a live chat with someone who’ll barely understand English and won’t help at all. They have a number you can call I haven’t tried yet.
