Getting permanent banned for no reason...

I just knew I got banned permanently when I login today. I checked the penalty record says the ban was issued in Oct 18, which my acc works totally fine at least till Oct 19 12:00 a.m.

I am wondering why I got banned, clearly not cheating nor abusive usage of bugs (speaking of bugs, there're tons of bugs out there that needs to be fixed BEFORE RELEASE, including unable to resupply at ammobox, Spawn with a different class you selected etc). The only thing that is closed to "cheats" was MSI afterburner, which works totally fine in EVERY single game I played including BF franchise earlier.

Oh btw, I havent use any bot to boost my lv, so, completely innocent.

Anyway, if this is how you treat a 20 year BFer, whatever :)
