Im so tired of the desync when shooting at a console player

Ya I've noticed console players also geta 2-3 bullet forcefield before my bullets start to hit. I'll fire first on my screen, my first 2-3 bullets do nothing, then the console player fires, the instant my next 1-2 bullets actually register for damage, all of the console players 5+ bullets hit me at the same time and they "win" the gunfight.
