ITT actual controller players vs people encountering "Controller" symbols next to player names that are actually using MnK or other aim-assist enhancements like external devices or cheats.

Just assume that people are using software/hardware cheats if they have ridiculous aim or zero bloom.

No hardware device can bypass bloom.
