So I agree that assault needs a function besides stim, launcher, ladder. I still think giving assault spawn beacon isnt the way to go.
I think the devs idea was that assault can use the spawn beacon so they can relentlessly fight, die, and come back quickly to the same objective to push the line. I just think its a bit of a lazy way to push the action, as other battlefields felt more dynamic/multidirectional. I remmember being at far enemy points and being able to cap an objective alone quietly to change the flow of the game. Now Ive been in a pretty high percent of games where its a total wipe because one team gets landlocked. Theres no easy way to back cap unless someone is already sneaking around.
