Grenade disappears

I think that's intended, but it does happen with me too. 

This is intended. Should not happen, your grenades should still land and explode, but that is how it is.

I'm not sure this is 100% the case. In recent days I've got kills when having thrown a grenade I've been killed first. Maybe it's a timing thing? I know some people think hail Mary grenade kills are cheap - I don't, so perhaps this is time dependent where you 'legit' throw a grenade and then get killed before it explodes it counts but if you do it just as you are dead it doesn't. Maybe if it's grounded it counts, but mid air it doesn't??
