Agreed. More often than not, if I get into a vehicle and it has the grenade launcher I just let it go solo, it's such a worse weapon than the HMG or the [imo] even better LMG
Absolutely, LMG and HMG can do amazing support work against infantry and even Air vehicles. I think my highest kill games have been as an LMG gunner. Brilliant weapons. But as soon as I see a GL I tend to get out of the vehicle and let natural selection do the rest.
