I bought 2042, played for a short period, became annoyed at the lack of hardcore. Never played it again. I put hundreds of hours in BFBC 2, bf3, BF4 and BF one which was the one that came after 4 somehow... But anyway, yeah BF without official hardcore servers means I will not be buying the game. I literally googled to see if it was going to have hardcore this time. If it did. I was going to pre-order it right now. I see that it wont, so I will be skipping this one also. But unlike 2042, I wont accidentally buy the game before I know if it has hardcore or not.
Sad. I used to be so excited for this game, now its juat garbage imo. Hardcore mode is the only way a lot of us will even touch a FPS.
