Hardcore servers are not what they used to be 😭

I love the recon class. I love finding a hiding spot close to the objective to snipe at the enemies to force them into cover and allow my team to push onto the objectives. Unfortunately with the way your location gets pinged to the enemy, my hiding spot is no longer effective. I can understand still being able to look around while you’re down and waiting to get revived but please remove the location ping for hardcore. It’s the only reason I play hardcore because I can actually hide and play the proper role of a sniper. Snipers camp. It’s part of being a sniper. It’s bad enough the bullet trail gives away your position (not complaining about that) but now your location is pinged so when the enemy respawns they go directly to me and now I’m no longer effective to my team. I have always loved the battlefield franchise but the way hardcore is now is making me want to uninstall the game. I even tried to set up my own experience to see if I can set it up like the old battlefields but the server capacity is always full.
