Has anyone actually had a permanent ban reduced after multiple denied appeals?

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone has actually had a permanent ban reduced or overturned after multiple appeals. Before anyone asks, no, I'm not claiming I was falsely banned. During the free-to-play period last year I got frustrated towards chinese cheaters, lost my temper in chat, and said things I shouldn't have. I take responsibility for that. I've submitted several appeals already and got the same response each time. I recently contacted EA Help and asked if there was any way my case could be manually reviewed by a senior ToS specialist. The advisor said they added notes to my case, but obviously the final decision is up to the ToS team. I'm not here to argue about the rules or say the ban is unfair. I messed up. What I'm trying to find out is whether anyone has ever successfully gotten a second chance after accepting responsibility and showing genuine remorse, or if once you've exhausted the appeal process that's basically the end of the road. One of the reasons this has been hard for me is that I live in Thailand while my dad lives in California, and Battlefield is the game he plays so we'd play together. That's not an excuse for my behavior, just part of why I'm hoping there's still some path forward. If you've been through something similar, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience.
