Helicopter keyboard bindings faulty

I have my key bindings for helicopter controls like this:

Throttle Up: LShift
Throttle Down: LCtrl
Yaw Right: E
Yaw Left: Q
Pitch Down: W
Pitch Up: S
Roll Right: D
Roll Left: A
Heli Assist On
Heli Assist Ascend: LShift
Heli Assist Descend: LCtrl

I practised in a bot server and became familiar with it. It gave me much greater control than the default mouse-guided set-up.

After the update that introduced Eastwood, these controls ceased to function.

The bindings that control yaw actually control roll, and there is no way to yaw with the keyboard.
W and S are non-functional. I can't even pitch the helicopter to move it forward or backward.

I have been unable to fly helicopters since the update, which is disappointing since I was starting to get the hang of them. I don't want to use the slow and limiting mouse-guided way of flying when I had something that worked better.

Jets, however, have the same control scheme and function perfectly. I use similar bindings as above and use the mouse for fine adjustments and free look when holding LAlt.

Please look at the helicopter controls on mouse and keyboard so they can function as expected again.
