HELP!!! My account was banned but cannot appeal.

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to formally appeal the recent suspension of my EA account (Username: [percy49], Account Email: [[edit: email address removed]], Steam Account ID: [aaron_qi]). I believe this action was taken in error, and I kindly request a thorough review of my case.

On Nov. 5th, I was playing Battlefield 6 at a local internet café. During this session, my account was suddenly suspended. I have always adhered to EA’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and I have never engaged in any form of cheating, hacking, or unethical behavior, and I do not have any unauthorized software or modifications installed on the game or my account.

After that, I tried many many times to appearl for account suspension on EA Help Webform but it seems not work, and no history record can be found... It has been two days, I really want to know how to deal with it!

I truly value my EA account and the time I have invested in it. Being unable to access my games and progress is deeply disappointing, especially when I have done nothing wrong.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review this suspension and provide any additional information or steps required from my side to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Sincerely,

Percy

  • Hi percy49,

I'm sorry but bans cannot be reviewed through these forums. It is something that is handled only by EA's Terms of Service team via an appeal.

If you're not sure if an appeal has been created through their webform, try pressing the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, then the option to continue as a guest. This should let you create the appeal and reference your actual account.

While I don't know the actual reason for your ban, since I'm just another player, it's probably not a good idea to play this game on public PCs or Internet Cafes. You just have no real way of knowing what someone has installed on them that can potentially cause problems.

I got to the "Internet Cafe" part and yeah. Not a good idea. Their computers could have anything on them.

Thanks for your advise. I really tried the link you memtioned many times, but there is no reponse or any case record. I nearly go crazy now....

  • Internet cafe was your first mistake as another poster said you dont know what they have stored on their pc's

Appeals can take weeks so sit back and wait sadly
