High End PC Lacking performance

I have RTX 5080 with amd ryzen 7 9800x3d
RAM 32GB DDR5 6600HZ
my monitor is Asus rog strix xg27acdng 2k 360 hz with freesync and g-sync compatiability

My game is not that smooth in so many sitiuations,I don't mean it gets stuttering but I feel it don't feels like I play on these actual fps
It always feels like I am lacking performance with everything I've tried
the closer the enemy is the harder to make my aim follow enemies

I play on 2k with low graphics

when I try my friend's pc which has 4060Ti and much less CPU and RAM the game is perfect and I can even switch aim between 4 and 5 enemies with so much smoothness
I am not close to do that on my high end PC

There is a possibility you have your display connected to the wrong port. Check to make sure your display is connected to your 5080 and not the motherboard video output. Thank you. EA_Barry.

It is only a BF6 issue, everything else is buttery smooth

Try upping the settings from low, contrary to what would make sense, lower settings can put more strain on the CPU and see if that helps. Although you aren't saying what part isn't smooth, is g-sync working? What FPS are you getting? I have a very similar machine (5090 vs 5080 being the difference) and a 4K 120hz display and running at high 4K dlss quality I am pretty much always pegged at the 120fps level.

  • Even for me, even though I have a good FPS, the game feels very laggy. I think it's something with the network connection and not the computer itself. Despite the ping being around 60, the game doesn't flow at all, especially in places where there is a lot of combat load. I also feel pretty discouraged by the game, I feel like I'm trying to run the game. Even though I put the lowest graphics possible on 1920X1200, it doesn't matter. In singleplayer it's not like that at all, even on relatively high graphics the game runs really, really well My computer 12th Gen Intel Core i7 12700H 2.30 GHz processor Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) Storage 954 GB SSD KBG50ZNT1T02 LS KIOXIA Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU (6 GB)
