I apologize for reaching out to disturb you, yet the ongoing issue with my account has caused me significant distress, compelling me to submit this appeal.
To give a brief overview: My Battlefield 6 account received a permanent ban on May 13, 2026, flagged for gameplay enhancement violations. My KD ratio in Battlefield 6 stands at 1.5, a moderately elevated figure solely because I frequently get matched into lobbies filled with AI bots. My appeals have yielded zero meaningful progress. I have filed appeals ten times in total. I received a prompt reply for my first submission, but every subsequent response contained no substantive information, showed no sign of manual human review, and eventually I was instructed not to submit further appeals.
Throughout this appeal process, EA never outlined any steps I needed to take. All my follow-up appeals were rejected outright with no supporting evidence or detailed explanations. I have never been informed which specific match led to the enforcement action, nor which of my in-game behaviors supposedly violated the terms of service.
I am a devoted long-time fan of EA titles and have played and cherished most games published by your company. I fell in love with the gameplay formula of the Battlefield franchise starting with Battlefield V and Battlefield 2042, which motivated me to pre-order the Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6. This permanent ban has locked me out of the game entirely. I have spent hundreds of Chinese yuan and invested countless hours into this title, only to be barred from playing it. I am deeply upset by this outcome.
In closing, I respectfully request EA to lift the ban on my account. If revocation is not possible, I ask that you provide explicit details regarding the specific conduct that triggered this penalty. I hope EA will not disappoint its loyal fanbase. Thank you for your time and consideration.
