Hit Reg Is trash after new update

What the hell is going on with the Hit registration in this game after the update, it became just garbage, I shouldn't have to shoot a person 20 times with a LMG just for them to shoot me 3 times and I died wtf is that and my ping is 13 and I have 1gb speed so no problems on my end. This game has become **bleep** after this update.
