it seems that at night-time hit registration is worst. It is difficult to find lobby, where you actually can hit anything.
Its extremely frustrating.

I totally agree. Especially chinese highpingers cannot be hit.
Game engine is pos anyways, it cant handle latency variations.
Ban VPN and ban anyone with a ping of more than say 80 or at least force them to play together.
imo the problem is not the high pingers its the amazon infrastructure and the servers hardware the game servers are running on.
back in the day when we had dedicated servers running they had higher clockspeeds then the ones now in the datacenters.
