Yes the servers are messed up. 80% for the time it is packet loss and Dsync. It's good when you find a good one. Sorry I dodge as soon as that yellow icon stays on the top left.
Last night I shot a guy running away from me didn't see me about 8m to 10m away. I shoot get hit markers empty a mag he turns around like oh you are shooting at me even paused for a minute before folding me in 0.01 seconds. Literally unplayable most of the time.
I play with cross play on on ps5 now. To much hacking on PC side. And when I get a bot filled lobby the bots feel normal killing and damage. It's like tap tap tap he's dead. Now find a player it's tap boom dead. Or dump full mag boom I'm dead. It's definitely something with the players.
