DICE crapped down the throats of BF veterans with all the tiny COD boi maps, BR bull crap, and other non BF game modes. Then they linked challenges, Battlepass and skins that require these crap game...

I am glad that you can search the browser and get those results. When I search for games I only see 0 players in a game. Never do I see full servers.
Just because you have a positive experience does not mean we all do. If I filter Region: US and tag: Hardcore, my results are empty servers. It doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week, I always get empty servers.
Persistent servers should not be regulated to the browser, every game we join should be a persistent server. There should never be a game that kicks us out and joins a new server each time a game ends.
I think the Tag is the cause of your troubles. The tags seem to be broken. At least for me, tags always exclude almost everything. Another thing that can be improved.
I would search without tags, and then find what you want in the list. There are a ton of hardcore servers to choose from. You shouldn't need the tag in order to find them.
As the game dies, the community dies, and people refuse to do anything but matchmaking, these results will vary.
